KITT was founded in 2017 with one mission: to help residential property investors succeed.
We began by building innovative systems to help investors manage their investments, compliance and accounting – some of the most difficult and time consuming aspects of being a property investor.
However, through working with our clients, we came to realise that the biggest challenge many of them faced was the crazy cost of property management services. This meant many of them were making little or no profit from their investments, while others were forced to self-manage their properties. It became clear that the systems we had built were the perfect foundation on which to build a fairer property management company.
Since 2018 we’re been developing our property management service to support landlords. We’ve hired some incredible property management professionals to guide our systems development, and have tested those systems with a limited portfolio of clients.
In 2020 we have launched our publicly available service in Dunedin. For the first time, all Dunedin property investors can get fair pricing to have their homes professionally managed.
